Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m. Our Bell Staff will happily store your luggage on your departure date so that you can enjoy the city if you have a later flight. Because of limited storage space, personal belongings or packages for guests can only be stored for a period of up to 24 hours.
Holiday Inn/NYC Manhattan is a pet friendly hotel. Pets up to 50 pounds are allowed in rooms with a $25 USD per night non-refundable cleaning fee charged. Service animals are allowed and not charged an additional fee with proper documentation.
