Staff explained which floors had vending services and ice machines. Shower was very clean and HOT water was hot! Loved this experience in the city, hotel has a great location, would stay again! "The hotel was pleasant and simple, with a very good location. We had 2 subway stations very close by, and a small restaurant in the hotel as well as bars and coffee shops on the same street. The room was a good size for typical New York hotels, and was clean and with comfortable beds. Would stay here again."
